Who is responsible

ubiquiment is a project by Diego Leonardo Bianqui, Buenos Aires, Argentina, who is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. Write to hello@ubiquiment.com with any privacy question or request.

What this website collects

  • Cookies and tracking. None. We use no cookies, browser storage, analytics, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or advertising or social-media scripts, and the site has no forms.
  • Hosting. The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes request logs on our behalf: technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don’t use this data to identify or profile visitors.
  • Third parties. Every file on this site, including fonts and images, is served from this website. Your browser contacts no other service unless you follow a link.
  • Links. Links to ISO, NIST, OWASP and other websites lead to sites with their own privacy notices.

When you email us

  • What we receive: your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write.
  • Why: to reply and, if you take part as a design partner, to arrange and manage that work.
  • Where it is kept: our email is delivered to Gmail, which Google processes on our behalf.
  • How long: as long as we need to respond and to keep ordinary records. Then we delete it.
  • What we don’t do: add you to mailing lists, sell your data, or share it with anyone for their marketing.
  • Please don’t send confidential information until we have signed an NDA.

Legal bases

Under Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law (Ley 25.326), we process your emails with the consent you give by writing to us.

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation or a similar law applies, we process hosting data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and securing the website, and your emails on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to you.

International transfers

Vercel and Google may process data in countries other than yours, including outside Argentina. Where the law requires it, they rely on recognized safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, described in their own terms.

Your rights

Under Ley 25.326 you can ask for access to your personal data free of charge at intervals of six months or more (sooner if you show a legitimate interest), and have it corrected, updated or deleted. We answer access requests within 10 calendar days and correction or deletion requests within 5 business days.

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict the use of your data and to receive a copy in a portable format. Write to hello@ubiquiment.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Argentina, the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública:

LA AGENCIA DE ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA, en su carácter de Órgano de Control de la Ley N° 25.326, tiene la atribución de atender las denuncias y reclamos que interpongan quienes resulten afectados en sus derechos por incumplimiento de las normas vigentes en materia de protección de datos personales.

Changes

If we change how this site handles data, for example by adding analytics, we will update this notice and its date first.
